Happy Sunday

This weekend was full of fun things...

Here are just a couple of things my weekend consisted of:

1. Khloe got new shoes, the girl went up a size and a half!

2. Shopping with my Grandma, which is always so fun!

3. Got new clothes for my interviews...

4. Toms Farms

5. Lunch with Jenna that turned into a couple hours of shopping, I think both of us needed it!

6. Coming home and walking with Khloe

7. Getting my butt kicked by Jillian Michaels

I had such a great weekend and Im so happy to be back in sunny Southern California!

Of course I took no pictures of all of these events... really need to remember to take them more often!



Texas

Ok so I have a small obsession with Texas...

basically I think the women are awesome!!

Their badass bitches.. bottom line

I have been watching this show called Texas Women and I think its pretty awesome.

Fabulous Friday

The things I loved about this week:

1. Khloe reading books to me, and making my finger point to the pictures like I do with her

2. My husband saying no to building on the rat rod so he could spend time with me while Khloe was asleep

3. Jenna helping me with my buttons for my blog, helping me is not the right word, doing it all is more like it.

4. Getting a "real" job interview

5. Spending a ton of time at home with Khloe

6. Our dog Trixie making Khloe laugh so hard for about 15 minutes, Khloe loves dogs.. dog was her first word.

7. Having quality time with Skyla today

8. Loosing 10 pounds in 2 weeks on my Body by Vi Shakes!

Make that money

So the lady I have been working for hasn't had much work for me lately...

Last night I applied for Macy's and today I got an appointment for an interview.

I worked for Robinson's May when I was in High School and Macy's took over them as I was leaving.

So technically I have already worked for them.

I am really excited because I will have a flexible schedule and I need that with Khloe..

I will be a most of the time stay at home mom.

I hope I get it!

and I wouldn't mind the employee discounts!

Depressed...

It has been a challenge moving back to California, I am so happy we have done it but bottom line starting over and not having jobs is a huge challenge.

Thank God Wyatt got the job at Orkin.

That in itself is a huge blessing but it is not enough to pay the bills.

I have been working for a lady as well but I feel like we just keep spinning our wheels.

At almost 25 I never thought I would be here, living paycheck to paycheck and living at home.

We will be moving at the end of May or early June but I worry that we wont be making enough.

This is the time I have to put everything in Gods hands and let Him do his work.

I know everyone goes through things like this and it is never too much to handle, but we just need a break.

Life sometimes just sucks.

Sorry for the downer post today but I know things will get better and God will provide.

And then I read this and our life is not all that bad!



Hmmm..

I cant think of anything funny, witty or anything at all to write about today. I have writers block and getting home from work at 2am sure doesnt help getting my life together.

So one thing I do know is that Wyatt and I have a huge announcement...

It is big people, Like huge!

We havent even told our family yet...

We have decided on what puppy we will be getting Khloe...

This is not the exact one but we want a golden retriever puppy!

After months of going back and forth we decided on it.

We are not even getting one for a while but im so excited!



Timex Weekender

It is dark, cloudy and rainy in our neck of the woods.

Which means no playing in the pool or doing anything fun outside, so Khloe and I have been watching movies and playing with her toys all day.

It has been pretty uneventful, so I decided to do a summer outfit to make my rainy day a little brighter

Plus I entered to win $500.00 for putting a timex watch into the mix...

Beach Day

Today we went to the beach, It was cloudy and a little cold but it was a lot of fun!

I took pictures while Khloe and Wyatt ran around. This last picture is my absolute favorite! She was running to the water..

Her first beach trip was great!

So Wyatt has the unfortunate reoccurring tendency of wearing mismatched socks almost every day!

I just might have to get this for him for his birthday... or just because, who wants socks and undershirts for their birthday..

Dry Shampoo

Until today I have never used this stuff. I am in love with it! I used my moms because im running late and dont have time to wash my hair.

Actually that's a lie, Khloe has been teething so she has been glued to my hip and I haven't had any time to wash my hair.. OK now that we have the truth out there, I used this amazing stuff below...



I give this stuff 5 stars! If your having the type of day that you don't have time to wash your hair buy this, right now... this minute. I'm sure you will have more than one of these types of crazy days and the last thing you want to do is waste time washing your hair.

My hair feels clean and fresh, I even curled it!

I know dry shampoo is already so popular, but I just got on the bandwagon for it and if your not yet you should!

My mom bought it at the salon for $24 but I found it on Amazon for $17.99, I love a good bargain!

Birchbox

My first Birchbox has arrived and I was SO excited to get it!

I got some Juicy perfume, pink nail polish, fashion tape, rejuvinating night cream & hair syrum.

I will do a review on the products in a future post!

So I have been on my protein shakes for about four days and I have been shaking and shaking and still getting clumps in my shakes. bottom line ... THATS GROSS

Oh the 13th

Friday the 13th has always had a bad wrap..

I have never experienced this "Bad Day" until now...

This morning Wyatt woke up late for work, his direct deposit did not deposit, Khloe leaked through her diaper and I am not feeling good, Its girl stuff dont ask...

By the way it is only 8:25am...

So Friday lets get better and not get worse... Please and thank you!

On a happy note, I found this amazing shirt that I think I need...

And my pinterest is going slow... oh Friday the 13th, I am just going to blame it on the day...



Time on my hands...

I can not remember the last time I had a couple hours at home to myself.

Wyatt went to his parents for dinner and I opted out tonight, Im exhausted and I worked a lot today!

So he took Khloe and I am now here by myself...

Being a full time mom and running a business is hard work...

Here are the amazing things I have accomplished so far!

1. Took a long SHOWER, any mom knows shower's are the hardest thing to schedule in because at the end of the day all you want to do is sleep!

2. Paint my nails... I continually forget to do this which leaves my nails chipped and not too pretty.

3. Hot glue gun my husbands belt.. It broke and that is my only attempt to fix it.

4. Read the rest of my book, Mindy Kaling's book Is everyone hanging out without me.(and other concerns) I have been trying to get through this book for over a month!

5. Watch a new show that I am almost ashamed to watch, Shahs of Sunset...

6. Go on pinterest and blog...

dang I have got a lot done in a short time!

Happy Easter!

This weekend was so full of fun!

Saturday we did Easter eggs and then went to Pacific Beach to celebrate my best friends birthday!

It was a crazy night, lets just say 2 for 1 margaritas, YUMM

Then Sunday morning bright and way too early we made our rounds for the Easter festivities!

So thankful for such wonderful family!

Khloe is now a pro at making eggs, These were our princess eggs!

This is my absolute favorite picture of Khloe, She literally picked up the egg and put it in her basket this morning, she is 14 months and knew exactly what to do with the whole easter basket thing! ...  My baby is so smart!

And she looked pretty darn cute in her Easter dress!

Perfect day...

Khloe and I had a very eventful day yesterday,

We woke up and went to get my oil changed, while we were there Khloe destroyed multiple magazines and pointed out all the dogs in them.

Then we were off to Target, the place that you only go for one thing and leave with about 80 and some chicken nuggets which you were not expecting, gotta keep the baby happy! Auntie Skyla met us there and she got Khloe the muppet movie for Easter. She is the best Auntie!

This is basically what we did!

Then we went to Old Town Temecula and shopped!

Old Town is one of my favorite places to waste time, they have some adorable shops and the best hamburger place called mad madelines..

I LOVE this place... AMAZING!!

even though we did not go there we went and got a slice of pizza at Nitas pizza....

Then we decided to go to the park in Murrieta right across the street from the apartment we will be moving into, this park is great and its the fire fighters park so a nice fire fighter came up and gave us a sticker for Khloe.



The day ended with Wyatt meeting us for an Easter egg hunt at Manor Care where my Grandma works, after she said the kids were too old ( they were 5!) I just had to laugh, Khloe didnt find any eggs, she was more interested in grabbing them out of other kids baskets, thats my girl!

It was a long and exhausting day!

We are so excited for easter! can NOT wait! Khloe will have so much fun!

Monster man..

I am not the biggest fan of monster movies, gore or anything scary.

My husband on the other hand is a FANATIC...

I mean he is Deadward... on his show Deadward's Chiller Theater...



This is something that he was into way before he met me.

In a lot of ways we are the complete opposite... But I think that's what makes us great!

Since we have been married I have slept through almost all the horror movies he has ever watched and I hated The Shining...

So were watching this show at this very moment called Monster Man...

This man that does makeup is completely terrefying....

I mean seriously this guy is scary...

Wyatt loves this show, me not so much...

But marriage is about give and take right??
