Sea World and New Jobs

Honestly I do not know how I did it but I got the job at Masia De Yabar winery in Temecula! I am so excited to start working there this upcoming Saturday!

We went to Sea World on Friday night and Khloe finally got to see the penguines...

They are pretty dang cute!

God Is GOOD

Moving back to California has not been easy financially on us.

We took a huge leap of faith and God has really blessed us.

Wyatt got a promotion yesterday which means he is on with Orkin full time and has a route...

Something we have been praying for.

I also have an interview on Saturday at a winery for a wedding coordinator position, I am so excited and I hope I get it! I am still working at Charming Charlie but the money there sucks and im not getting any hour's... 4 hours a week does not pay the bills.

God has really blessed us and I am reminded every day of His goodness and what a huge difference walking with Him makes in our daily lives.

Erin Condren... Part two

This is part two because I have already written about this amazing idea & store...

So i have been trying to figure out the perfect gift for my little brothers birthday...

He has his own business called Dent Pro's and its a paintless dent removal company.

I turned to Erin once again to get the perfect gift.

I bought him a notebook which is personalized and has a place in the back to keep the reciepts and also a zipper type deal to seal and secure different things.

He is so busy so when he has to jot down addresses and things for his business he can use this...

His name is not Keith nor does he own an appliance company, this is just the picture on the website.

and I could not hit the checkout button without purchasing some of these for myself... YES I have a problem!

Yes I am a bit nutty for notepads and everything orginazational...

We got the peacock feather one.. Wyatt will be suprised he doesnt know I got them!

All American Weekend

So this weekend we went to a Padres game and we got a grill... Two of the most American things we could do!

We were basically sitting in the sky but the view was amazing and I was so happy to be able to be with great friends to celebrate my Husbands birthday!

Things I have learned today

Today I have had many AHA moments...

Some other things as well,

Nothing smells better than a baby with sunblock on... cutest thing ever! We went to the pool and my little munchkin loves the water and other childrens pool toys. She does not share... at all. She may need a brother or sister sometime soon!

I may just have to take the vacuume to Khloe after lunch, It might just be easier to clean her off...

I can clean our apartment in under an hour and a half and it looks amazing! A little thankful we couldnt bring our cats because they make such a mess and the fur.. oh the fur.. I literally carried a lint roller with me everywhere when they were living with us... OCD yes.. I am. I miss them though, sleeping in bed with us.. Its sad but when we buy a house we are getting them back! So thankful my mom took Chanel and Wyatts mom and dad took Molly.. They are like kids to us..

My email is running slow and I literally want to punch the computer, I wont do that though... promise..

I have learned that people can be real scumbags and I will no longer let those people into my life..

I was going to post some pictures from the Padres game but like I said above my email is running sooooooo slow! Annoyance is rising!

Hello Again

So I have taken this last week to move and focus on all that crazy around me...

Here are some of the things that happened:

1. Moved into our new apartment

2.Almost didn't pass my written drivers test... not sure why I had to take it, Wyatt didn't have to to get his CA license... Hmmm maybe its the blond thing ( Thank you DMV lady that let me take two more questions to even it out so I passed!!!!)

3. Lost Puss In Boots ... Khloes favorite movie.. this could be bad.

4. Unpacked our 8456534534536 things that we own.. ya we own that much.( minus one because puss in boots is gone.. so 8456534534535.. I got technical)

5. Found my prom dress.. and almost had to wear it to work because I couldn't find any of my clothes... and now that I have found them I have to put them away..pshh at this point I would rather have them sit on the floor...

Anyways It feels good to blog again and I will do a little apartment tour as soon as our entertainment center is finished being built!

Until then our 40 inch TV will be sitting on our new dining room table, I know ... Classy right?



Taking a break

With everyting going on I have little time to blog...

So once we get moved in this weekend and things settle down I will be back into blogging mode..

For the time being though Im taking a break...

Bottle of Milk

So I have been trying to get Khloe to stop drinking out of bottles... She drinks out of her sippy cups and does great with them but when it comes to lunch and dinner she wants a bottle with her meal. This girl screams and throws the bottle at me! It is crazy and some days all she wants is a bottle. Im so frustrated because everyone I talk to is like oh shes still on a bottle she should be on a sippy.. No SHit! She cries for hours until her whole head turns red and blotchy from crying. It is not easy and Im just going to have to keep trying but this by far is the hardest thing I have ever done. I even hid all of them and showed her they were gone and explained to her she had to drink from her big girl cup.

I read on one site that you give them something to hold on to like a stuffed animal to distract them and make them feel comforted... that didnt work.

This girl is stubborn!!

Anyways this is my rant for the day...

The weekend is here!! Im so happy we have exactly one week till we move!!!!!! WOOHOO!

MIA

I have been MIA for the last couple days... I have been working till ten then driving 45 minutes home so that doesn't leave me much time to blog. We have been so busy getting ready for the move and both of us working we haven't gotten to spend much time together. I can not wait for us to both drive about 5 minutes to get to work!

That is one thing I am so thankful for!

Tonight is my step sisters high school graduation! I am so proud of her, She has had a rough road and to see her finish high school is a big accomplishment.

I threw my back out so I will be limping to her graduation... I have been masking the pain at work by taking a ton of pain killers..

Also working at Charming Charlie is BAD for my bank account... Imagine working in a place of unlimited accessories... it is heaven and hell wrapped all into one!



New Furniture

So we went and got new furniture for our apartment tonight. I was so excited then we went to all these places and we couldnt find anything in our price range then we went to Jerome's and we found exactly what we wanted and best of all it was in our price range!!!

Anyways im so thankful we can afford new furniture and get our apartment all set up soon!



My Sunday Projects

This is the little bench with storage that I got for free from my Moms friend's and I refinished it this weekend.

I found this old window pane at their house too and decided to sand it down and get some wood and make a chalkboard out of it.

I think we are going to put it in our entry way...

It came out really good! I'm super happy with it!

After hours of being in the sun I now have all my projects done and a sunburn... Successful weekend!

Working girl

I worked all day today and I forgot how fun it is to help people and talk to them!

I'm a big customer service person and this job they want you to greet and run...

 Its hard for me to do that so it is kinda weird.

But...

I am thankful for a job and even though I'm still looking for a wedding planning job I at least have  money coming in which is good!

and I got this super cute hat and shirt today!



Plus I can wear it to work so it makes it sort of a work necessity! At least that's what I told Wyatt.

Hello June

Its June!! Wyatt and my Dads birthday month!!!

Lots going on today so I will make this short...

I am THANKFUL for my husband and daughter.. I take them for granted sometimes and forget how truly blessed I am...

Life gets crazy and I forget that these two people will be by my side the rest of my life and they love me so much... now there is something to be happy about!
