Good Morning February!

30 day challenge:

Jillian Michaels- 30 day shred

I have done her workout before but never stuck to it. So I am going to this time and see what happens… hopefully it results in massive weight loss and I look like a Victoria Secret model…. oh wait im dreaming, hopefully I just loose some weight!

My first workout was this morning and it was fantastic, and the beauty of this workout is that is it only 20 minutes, a great thing for a busy mama!

Oh and I want to drink 1 gallon of water a day… hopefully by writing all of this out I will actually stick to it!

 

Also I just want to say that Jillian Michaels is a very tough trainer!
