I have been eating wayy too much of this lately... its so yummy I want more now..
Ok snap out of it..
The workouts I want to try in July are...
1. Zumba
2.Yoga
3. Spin Class ... This seems kinda crazy but I think it would be a good challenge..
4. Pilates at an actual studio...
So since I have been eating way too much bad food I will be challenging myself to these workouts.
